Driftwood, sherry, raisins. White pepper and cashews. This was an enjoyable rum to sample but does not justify the cost.

Master Distiller Patrick van Zuidam is recognized as one of the world's leading distillers. The Flying Dutchman No. 3 is aged for a minimum of three years in a mix of new American oak, first-fill Oloroso sherry, and first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels.
