The Zignum Añejo Mezcal, produced by Casa Armando Guillermo Prieto (NOM O50X) in Oaxaca, Mexico's largest distillery, is crafted from 100% espadin agave. It is matured for a minimum of 16 months in French oak casks.

This doesn't resemble a mezcal much; the smoke is very different from what you'd typically expect. It reminds me of an expensive bourbon or a decent light scotch. It's currently my favorite thing to drink neat.
Fantastic, I'm quite surprised by the low ratings. It's among the best sipping tequilas I've ever had. Delicious.
Highly aromatic and spicy, with noticeable vanilla and oak flavors and hints of smokiness.
I enjoy the cinnamon flavor it leaves at the end
