About this bottle

The Cortés family has been involved in artisanal mezcal production for five generations. While they offer a variety of mezcals with different styles and philosophies, they all distinctly represent their origin and maker. This mezcal, produced entirely by artisanal methods in the village of Santiago Matatlán, uses agave espadín and is aged for 18 months in American oak.

This doesn't really grab me, perhaps a hint of lemon peel - goes down easily.
