Add a splash of filtered water. I'm getting honey, maple syrup, smoke, and earth on the nose. The initial taste shows a hint of cherry, followed by sherry cask flavor, Coca-Cola, and a slight hint of anise. Then comes juicy, smoky earth, and a hint of fruit. Medium finish with smoke and cherry.

Nose: Deep, smoky, and complex. Sweetness of caramel and vanilla. Palate: Unique and vegetal with a spicy, rich taste, like smoked meat. Finish: Smoky and robust with a lingering vanilla flavor. Savory, though.
