Scorpion Tobalá Añejo is a superb and distinctive spirit, being one of the scarce aged tobalá mezcals. Its three years maturing in French oak impart a quality reminiscent of pastries and hot chocolate from a European patisserie, while also featuring notes of cooked agave, herbs, and tropical fruit.
