As the flagship product of the Miel de Tierra line, this mezcal showcases extended maturation in virgin local oak sourced from Zacatecas, the distillery's home region in north-central Mexico. Unlike the intensely smoky spirits commonly found in Oaxaca to the south, the agaves used here are not smoked, resulting in a more refined character.
