-Aroma: Bright citrus, agave, wet cement - reminiscent of the first rain in summer. Valley minerality that reflects the region. -Palate: A long, warm progression of flavors, starting with green fruits - apples and citrus, then reaching a peak with a crisp burst of ripe cooked agave before fading into fresh-cut herbs. Notes of summer honeydew melon. A hint of anise, but well-balanced. Nothing sour here. -Finish: Warm and long - the agave notes linger! -Mouthfeel: Oily and viscous. It clings to the inside of the glass. Minimal filtration and a natural product. EXCELLENT tequila. Well executed.

About this bottle
This additive-free tequila, crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, is made in the Tequila Valley under the guidance of Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo, also known as "Chava." The agave undergoes a 72-hour roast in stone ovens, is crushed by Tahona, naturally ferments with fibers, and is distilled twice in stainless steel and copper pot stills. It is presented at 84 proof.

I had heard Wild Common was the standout brand of 2022, and this bottle surpassed my hopes. Wow. Truly one of the finest tequila blancos I've encountered in years. I found this in Southern California for those looking. Get some!
All the correct flavors! Sweet, salty, mineral, powdered sugar, earthy. The buzz is justified!
