First bottle opened 🍾 Allowed to rest for about 5 minutes Appearance: Crystal clear, with thick, tear-like legs on the glass, as anticipated; Nose: Very vegetal, with vanilla and peppery spices; a hint of richness emerges; Palate: For some reason, I detect a saltiness, the richness noted on the nose is present, along with spicy pepper and a little vanilla. The high proof appears at the end; Finish: Lingers quite a bit. While the alcohol is noticeable at the end, it's not overwhelming. Once the taste fades, it's completely gone. I'm uncertain how a second pour will taste, but there's only one way to find out 🤞

Definitely has more kick than the standard Lalo Blanco. Enjoyable with a little pepper on the finish
