About this bottle
The origins of Vecchia Romagna trace back to 1820 when Jean Bouton, from a Cognac-producing family in France, established a distillery near Bologna, Italy. He found the local Trebbiano wine grapes ideal for brandy production, a practice still used for Vecchia Romagna Classica today. After distillation, the brandy is matured for a minimum of one year in American oak casks and then bottled at 40% ABV in its characteristic triangular container.

A smooth grape base with delicate vanilla hints. A little harsh on the finish, but very smooth considering the price.
