Hangar 1, located in Alameda, California, offers Bentwing Brandy. This brandy is a combination of French brandies and California brandies, the latter made from grapes cultivated in Northern California. Following its blending, the brandy is matured in charred whiskey barrels. This marks Hangar 1's inaugural non-vodka product. The brandy's name is inspired by the Bentwing Bird, a type of gull-wing aircraft utilized during WWII.
