Vanilla, caramel, and spice on the aroma, accompanied by a more assertive, unrefined agave presence compared to other tequilas. The palate enters smoothly, echoing the vanilla, caramel, and spice from the aroma, along with sweet agave. The finish is of moderate duration and carries a slight peppery quality. I am quite new to Mezcal. I found this to be excellent, and if it's typical of Mezcal, I'll be enjoying it more often.
