Tom's Foolery Applejack

I sampled a cask strength, single barrel rendition of this. Exceptional! At 111 proof and five years old, it presented as crisp apples with a satisfyingly long finish. The aroma was clean with minimal ethanol presence. It was excellent neat and would also be pleasant on ice.

Wonderful flavor, excellent in old fashioneds too.
