The taste features sweet cooked agave, a distinctive floral note intertwined with tropical fruit, balanced by black pepper, cinnamon spice, and a hint of anise. The finish is primarily defined by the floral and anise combination, which intensifies with air movement on the palate. It leans towards dry and bitter rather than sweet. This offers a distinctive blanco experience with its floral/anise profile, which might be divisive. It's complex and delightful. Those who enjoy gin will appreciate the botanical character.
