The final pour - an unusual aroma with a hint of cheese. The palate is slightly earthy, with some cheese and vegetal notes. A touch of ethanol on the finish. Adding a little water reveals the agave and smooths it somewhat. This seems to bridge the gap between tequila and raicilla. Likely the most intriguing Blanco I've encountered.
