This tequila, made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Southern Los Altos of Jalisco, contains no additives. The production involves cooking agave in stone ovens, extraction via roller mill, fermentation in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers, and double distillation in a stainless steel still with copper coils. The spirit undergoes carbon filtration before being bottled at 80 proof.
