About this bottle
This tequila is produced without additives from 100% blue Weber agave cultivated in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, processed using a roller mill, and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks. It undergoes a double distillation in a stainless steel still equipped with copper coils. This particular expression is bottled at a significantly higher proof than the brand's standard blanco, measuring 108 proof.
