The ideal Sotol for newcomers to the spirit. I personally mix this in drinks; it offers a mellower flavor than tequila and lacks the smoky aftertaste of Mezcal (at least the kind you'd use in a drink). It features notes of ripe fruit and earth, with a long, sweet palate rich in minerals.
