Pour 3/14 of 1/4 oz samples in a whisky club I belong to. This is distilled over a rattlesnake. Interesting and exotic with notes of pepper, cactus, soil, citrus, tropical fruit, and caramel.
Made with snake venom, already cool. Tried some. Sweet on the nose and on the palate it's smooth but not very complex. And definitely not hot (contrary to the first rating).
Evokes campfire, chicken jerky, a leather briefcase, and a felt poker table.
High alcohol presence (intense).
