About this bottle
Sotol, also called "desert spoon," is a plant native to Chihuahua, northern Mexico. The plants are harvested after maturing for an average of 15 years, then roasted and steamed before double-distillation in small copper pot stills. Ocho Cientos Reposado is aged for 8 months in barrels previously used for George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey.
