Agave nectar is the dominant scent and taste. It's sweet at first, then turns peppery on the finish. The finish starts with pepper then moves to cinnamon. Superb, but quite expensive.

About this bottle
Siembra Valles High Proof Blanco Tequila is produced at Distileria Cascahuin (NOM 1123), similar to its standard 80 proof counterpart. The Valles region, located in El Arenal, Jalisco, is recognized for its mineral-rich agave grown in volcanic soil. The agave is slow-roasted for up to 72 hours and shredded four times to maximize sugar extraction. The tequila incorporates bagasse (agave fibers) during fermentation, enhancing the agave flavor. It is bottled at a still-proof of 92 proof.
