First, fresh and fruity with a touch of spice, but after some time, notes of aged oak, leather, prune, and raisin emerge. The finish is a wonderful, incredibly smooth, smoldering spice, oak, leather, and raisin that persists for quite a while. Revisiting, the score increased by a quarter point.
