This Pasote Tequila Blanco Still Strength is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, free of additives. The agave is cooked for two days in a brick oven, fermented without fibers in open-air steel tanks using wild local yeasts, and then double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills. This expression is bottled at 110 proof.

A dry, Agave Spirit from NOM 1579. It presents an aromatic introduction with scents of agave, damp earth, citrus, blossoms, herbs & spices; while an herbal character introduces notes of cooked agave, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill & peppermint; leading to a lengthy & mineral-driven finish with hints of black pepper, almond & limestone.
