About this bottle
The 2023 edition of Papa's Pilar's Legacy Series honors surfer Greg Noll. This bottling comprises rums from the Caribbean and South America, blended and aged in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It then received an additional finishing period in French Limousin oak apple brandy casks that were used once. A small portion of the rum also saw a finishing in apricot and orange bitters casks. Production is limited to 3,000 bottles, available from February 28, 2024, online and in stores in California, Hawaii, Florida, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas. (SRP $109.99)
