The finish is pleasant and sweet, with a touch of tartness and warming pepper for balance. Overall, a superb, naturally flavored blanco. Highly recommended for sipping. Opt for something less expensive for mixing strong cocktails like a margarita. The value is fair. Superior to most in the $40-60 price bracket.
