After more sips and direct comparisons with their Tanager, I've concluded this one is smoother and superior. It has a very similar flavor profile to me, but this one substitutes the strong cinnamon taste with coffee and baking spices. Truly delicious.
Enjoying some cachaça with friends. This is my first encounter with this wonderful spirit. I attempted to record my impressions while tasting. Vanilla and oak notes, reminiscent of bourbon, with a warm, sweet, honeyed, spicy character and a medium finish.
The tasting notes found online accurately describe the flavors of this spirit. It's not as intense as their Tanager cachaça, but in my view, it falls short of it as well.
