About this bottle

Avuá Copan is a special, limited-edition cachaça produced in partnership with Craig Schoettler of MGM Resorts and Hardy Cognac. This cachaça is made from estate-grown sugarcane and, after distillation in an alembic pot still, is aged for over a year in Brazilian tapinhoã wood barrels. Subsequently, it is transferred to Hardy cognac barrels for a minimum of six months. Bottled at 40% ABV, the production was limited to 600 bottles.
