It begins aromatically with notes of agave, damp earth, citrus, flowers, herbs, and spices; while an herbal middle adds notes of cooked agave, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill, and peppermint; leading to a long and minerally finish with notes of black pepper, almond, and limestone.
