Liam Tirado 3.5

A vibrant, freshly produced Cognac from Maison Thomas in Cognac, France. It's a blend of four prestigious crus: Borderies, Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois. The eaux-de-vie are all older than VSOP but younger than XO, and it's bottled at 40% ABV. It presents with a delicate initial aroma featuring hints of fruit, wood, florals, nuts, herbs, and spices. The mid-palate offers a fresh character with notes of acacia, honey, and a watery apple essence, leading to a brief finish marked by oak, vanilla, sandalwood, and madeleine.
