Crafted at our distillery by Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, this sophisticated and refined Single Malt Whisky is produced from top-quality local barley and pure local water. It's carefully distilled in our traditional small batch copper pot stills. This Directors Cut Whisky was matured in a second fill American oak bourbon barrel then finished in an aged Australian Swan Valley Topaque barrel. Nose: raisins, sticky date pudding, burnt sugar Palate: thick and sticky dark fruits, maple syrup and brown sugar, muted velvety soft vanilla. Finish: long, excellent warmth and sweetness with some charry embers
