Smells primarily of sweet agave with smoke. Definitely vanilla notes. The taste begins with smoke, followed by an acidic, tart, and sweet fruity flavor. The finish is medium with lingering agave tastes. It's good.

A velvety smooth start of tropical fruit, tangerine, and mango, followed by slight mint/herbal notes, and then a funky cheese, juicy conclusion. Very unusual.
The aroma is reminiscent of buttery popcorn, with a touch of aged cheese funkiness. On the palate, you'll find tropical fruit alongside more of those funky, cave-aged cheese notes.
Fantastic mezcal. Very intricate flavor profile. It's fruity with some sweetness. Hints of sour cream are present! The taste persists on the palate. Quite enjoyable.
My colleagues are fans of del tigre, but it's not the one I prefer from the group. It had a lot happening flavor-wise; too much for my palate
