This is a creamy, Blanco Tequila from third-generation distillers for Inicio Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It rested in stainless steel tanks for a couple of weeks post-distillation. The initial taste is sweet, with notes of agave & fruit; the palate is creamy & dry, with hints of blue agave & grapes; leading to a gentle finish with notes of tangy syrup, oak & earth. Sampled in September 2018, January 2019, May 2020, and August 2022.
