About this bottle

HINE Bonneuil 2010 represents the fourth release in the single vintage, single estate Bonneuil series. It is crafted from ugni blanc grapes cultivated at HINE's Grande Champagne estate. Cellar Master Eric Forget hand-selected 18 casks for this bottling, which was aged for 10 years in French oak. This vintage produced 8100 bottles and became available in December 2020.

Another excellent young Cognac from Hine. Fruity (peach and orange), juicy, somewhat rich and creamy with subtle spice notes. This is actually 42.1% ABV.
