Goslings Papa Seal Single Barrel Bermuda Rum, from the 2018 release, is a limited edition that became available in the U.S. in the fall of 2018. The rum is a combination of column and pot still distillates derived from molasses. This single barrel rum matures for 15 years in previously used bourbon barrels with a medium char. This particular Papa Seal release originated from 12 selected barrels, producing 2592 bottles. Each bottle indicates the barrel and bottle numbers, as well as the bottling date. Minor variations in flavor are anticipated due to the nature of single barrel bottlings.
