About this bottle

Roulaison Distilling, a New Orleans rum producer, began operations in late 2016; "roulaison" is the French-Creole term for the sugar cane harvest. The distillery emphasizes a pre-industrial rum style, utilizing pot stills and small batches, and exclusively using Louisiana molasses. The Barrel Aged Reserve is aged in various casks of different sizes and original purposes, bottled initially at 110 proof.
