Anise, heavy herbaceousness on the front with some light agave sweetness, while the body contains more roasted agave, green pepper, black pepper, straw, and significant minerality. The finish remains heavy with minerality and pepper and is short to medium in length, smooth but packed with flavor. I am very satisfied with this blanco! I would recommend it for anyone looking for a mineral-rich, high-proof blanco.
