A rich Cognac XO, developed collectively by hundreds of members through a crowd tasting. It's a blend of several batches of very old Eaux-de-vie from all 6 Cognac regions (Crus), an "Assemblage de Crus." Aged in French oak barrels for 20 to 35 Years. It begins delicately with notes of candied fruits & spices; its rich life adds notes of fresh raspberry, blond tobacco, cinnamon, timut pepper, cardamom, marzipan & dried Iris flowers, leading to an elegant & smoky end with hints of rancio.
