About this bottle
The Tepextate agave, resembling an ancient plant, requires up to three decades to mature. Master Mezcalier Enrique Jimenez produces this bottling. It undergoes a double distillation after five days of roasting in a pit fueled by black oak. The spirit is undiluted and presented at 97.6 proof.
