About this bottle

Real Minero Arroqueño is a mezcal made exclusively from 100% wild-harvested espadín agave. Traditional production methods are employed for this mezcal. The agave is baked in earthen pits, followed by fermentation in wooden tubs exposed to the open air. Distillation is carried out using a series of earthenware pots. The spirit is unaged.
