Fanny's Bay

This distillery's port cask expression is absolutely remarkable, even at its high alcohol content. The aroma presents notes of eucalyptus, shortbread, and dark dried fruits, possibly with undertones of dark chocolate and mint, reminiscent of an after-dinner mint. The taste is akin to a rich Christmas pudding, featuring dried fruits, caramel, spice cake, and icing. Its creamy texture, combined with the pudding-like flavor, makes it a superb after-dinner drink. It's certainly one to savor slowly and share with close companions.
