About this bottle
This blanco tequila serves as the foundation for the Expresiones del Corazón collection of barrel-aged tequilas. It is produced at Casa San Matías Distillery in Los Altos of Jalisco. Following the cooking of agaves in stone ovens, milling, and fermentation, the resulting liquid is distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The tequila is aged in stainless steel tanks for 60 days before bottling. This 100% agave tequila is bottled at 80 proof.
