He was astonished by how the tequila managed to be both smooth and intricate, possessing a velvety texture yet delivering a hot cinnamon warmth like a dragon's breath. Its aromatic profile offers notes of cooked agave, citrus, herbs & spices; its full-bodied character adds lemon, apple, bell pepper, olives, thyme, honey & vanilla; concluding with a complex, moderately long finish of white pepper, cardamom & sea salt.
