About this bottle
This additive-free Blanco tequila utilizes 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos). Destileria El Pandillo is the production facility, overseen by master distiller Felipe Camarena and his team. The process includes cooking the agave in stone ovens, Tahona extraction, fermentation without fibers in open-air steel tanks with natural yeast, and double distillation in copper pot stills.
