Doble Filo Sotol

A rich, organic Agave Spirit from Chihuahuan, Mexico, where each bottle is produced from a single, 15-year-old Dasylirion plant. It possesses an aromatic beginning with notes of agave, exotic flowers, herbs, and spices; its rich development introduces flavors of candied agave, asparagus, vanilla, and caramel; culminating in a creamy and smoky finish of moderate length. Incense, ash, a hint of plastic. Earthy peppercorns. Dry with some heat. The closest sotol I've had to the flavor of Mezcal.
