La Higuera Sotol

This sotol, at 46.9% ABV, has a sweet, earthy aroma with notes of smoked dasylirion. The palate offers BBQ, sweet minerals, and a salted desert flavor. It has a viscous warmth in the finish. An excellent example of sotol.

Faint smoke, pineapple, and mint; less grassy than other sotols I've encountered. It has a medium body, is smooth, and quite pleasing.

Falls between mezcal and tequila, it's light with some sweetness and smokiness. Suitable for taking straight or for creative mixed drinks.

Smoked pineapple, char, and medicinal notes; the finish is a long-lasting, pleasant smoky fruit.
