Cora Sears 2.8

It has an oily texture and moderate minerality. There's an herbal flavor reminiscent of agave, along with a slight vanilla sweetness, followed by more minerality and black pepper. It's a respectable sotol, though I favor the reposado version.

Uriah Moser 3.5

I'm not particularly skilled at identifying tasting notes in agave spirits. However, this is quite pleasant, reminiscent of a lighter Oaxacan mezcal.

Janiya Montenegro 5.0

Rich yet still light, not harsh at all; instead, it has a very delicate flavor, not similar to tequila but still with earthy notes.

Kaiden Klein 3.0

Finally, a mezcal I enjoy. It's my first non-tequila mezcal, so I now prefer them over tequila, which is more popular in the U.S.

Tristan Shirley 3.0

Gentle and light. Very sweet initially, then fades quickly.

Astrid Luke 3.0

Smooth, but with a peppery finish.
