Corrido Blanco Tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos) near Arandas. This additive-free tequila is made under the direction of maestra tequilera Ana Maria Romero. The agave is roasted in an autoclave and then extracted using a stone mill. Fermentation takes place in an open-air steel vat with natural yeast, without the fibers. The tequila undergoes a double distillation in stainless steel pot stills.

The scent offers damp agave, faint vegetal notes, and a hint of mint. The taste mirrors this; it's full, a little salty, with a touch of anise similar to Don Fulano, but it's a shade too sweet for my preference. It's decent, certainly worth acquiring if the cost is reasonable, though I might favor DF.
Remarkably smooth for a blanco, very refreshing.
