The aroma of this spirit is sweet, floral, citrusy, with a hint of caramel. On the palate, there's a subtle woody/oak presence alongside waves of caramel, vanilla, and dates. The finish isn't exceptionally long, but the flavors are warm and inviting, encouraging another sip. I'm eager to try this in an Old Fashioned; it would be perfect for that cocktail!
