Fanny Fougerat, a fourth-generation distiller, is the first in her lineage to bottle under the family name. As a grower producer, she sources 100% of the ugni blanc grapes from the Borderies region for this bottling. The wine was double distilled using a direct-fire alembic still. New oak was used for 15% of the batch, while the remainder aged in neutral oak for 12 years. No sugar, caramel, or other additives are included. These are single barrel bottlings, with barrel and bottle identification present on the label.
