A gentle smokiness on the aroma, presenting a pure, sharp, and herbaceous bouquet. The palate offers some fruitiness and a cactus essence, with a trace of creosote sheen on the spirit. However, akin to a Highland Scotch, the experience is balanced and refined. As the taste profile develops, hints of mint, unsweetened chocolate, and clove emerge. The lingering finish gracefully subsides, leaving behind just a whisper of smoke. This is an excellent Sotol that offers remarkable value, serving as an ideal introduction for individuals wanting to venture beyond Tequila.
