This location was chosen due to the region's soil being highly conducive to sugarcane cultivation, the essential ingredient for the spirit. The products are of superior quality, featuring distinctive and memorable flavors, ideal for aficionados of classic Minas Gerais cachaça. Cachaça Salineira Commemorative Edition 30 years 750ml contains 47.9% alcohol and is matured for ten years in aged, high-quality balsam of Pará barrels, imparting a citrine yellow hue, a delicate flavor, a striking aroma (with notes of anise, fennel, herbs, and integrated wood), and a smooth texture. As a special, limited, and exclusive release, the bottles are individually numbered (this one being 106), and availability is scarce. When Cachaça Salineira 30 Years Commemorative Edition began production around 2010/2011, the sugarcane fields experienced intense sunshine, enhancing sugar cane growth and, therefore, yielding a unique and exceptional cachaça. This flavorful and smooth spirit has garnered numerous awards over its 30-year history, including a recent silver medal at Expocachaça 2020 in the Brazilian Woods Category and a double gold at Expocachaça 2021.
